Obamacide
Obamacide. It means, 1) Killing the newborn survivor of a botched abortion through a deliberate act of omission; and, 2) That which a nation commits upon itself by electing one who would allow such a thing.
Please, please, please, please, do not commit Obamacide.

I am shocked that a person who considers them self a man of virtue would ever compare a HUMAN BEING to an abortion. This is incredibly offensive. Regardless of the fact that Obama is a fellow Christian, who believes in the same God, and basic ideals of the Bible as you say you do, you have no right to judge a man you, yourself, do not personally know. You have said that you supported theories that said that the world is flat in previous entries, and that pictures of the earth in a circular form is a hoax created by the media. How do you know that the media hasn't lied to you about Obama's view on abortion? In this post you have broken the ninth commandment, 'You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.' by publishing offensive facts, that you do not know are true, about a man you don't even know.
I would never compare a Human Being to an Abortion. But I would compare abortion to murder. The are practically the same.
You have no right to judge any more than I do. But you have and I haven't. God judges that abortion is wrong. I recognize it and stand up for God's principles. You however seem to be judging that abortion is just fine.
I do not know Obama, but I know what he stands for, and what he stands for is homicide. He is the only senator that promoted legislation that would authorize the killing of new born baby that survived an abortion attempt. This is not just what the media reports it is in the legislative record. Maybe that is a lie to, but we have to start somewhere.
I do not support any theories that the earth is flat. I don't know what you are talking about.
My prayer is that this nation does not commit obamacide.
First of all I am sorry for assuming you thought the world was flat. I apologize for saying you broke the ninth commandment, when you didn't. Two, I never said abortion was right. I just interpreted the obamacide comment as comparing our new president to an abortion. And thirdly, the legislation that you are speaking of would allow the family of the mother and child to have the choice of an abortion to save the life of the mother. I don't know how you would stand on this. But I thought it was important to know the facts.

The same reason I believe an event that is less likely to happen than for everyone to win the lotto - a living cell formed by evolution. None!

The question "What reason do you ..." was blogger's randomly generated question that I decided to go ahead and answer. My answer was "None".
As in, I have _no_ reason to believe that the earth is flat.
I have _no_ reason to believe that everyone could win the lotto.
I have _no_ reason to believe that a living cell could be formed by evolution. It is an event as immensely improbable as if everyone in the World won the lotto on the same day even if they didn't buy a ticket.
Please don't take offense to this. Its just a question. But what reason do you have to believe that God formed a living cell? Because the Bible says so? to be honest that doesn't strike me as evidence. At least, when someone says they believe in evolution they can back it up with evidence.

Her is a quick tidbit. When Darwin theorized about evolution they had only very weak (by today's standards) microscopes and from that view point the "simple cell" looked very simple. Today we know that the cell is far from simple, It has more going on inside of it that a large city. 1000's of things that depend on another for survival. There is just no room for evolution.

After High school science and then College I realized myself how amazingly complex this world is that we live in. 7th grade public science books now days have outright lies in them in context of evolution. It is a tragedy that so many people are being offered "the koolaid" and also that so many are drinking it. Read both sides, not the junk articles only. Evolution theory has changed every 15 years, what they say is evidence today will be shown as false and new evidence will have to be manufactured. Go ahead and keep drinking the kool-aid if you want to. Or start researching on your own by reading serious proposals of both sides of the debate. I have - it takes faith to believe in either. Why must someone use blind faith just to deny God. Make an informed decision.
Fred,I really like the way you carry yourself and I love that you are very educated and continue to observe the things going on around you. We are taught to be watchers. I think the term "obamacide" (however apt it may be), is a little harsh... I pray that he is not what you say... but I will research more. I wish brotherly love to you both and ask that we continue to seek and embrace truth.
Thank you Jack for your post. I do know that Senator Obama was the only one that promoted legislation that would allow a baby that survived an abortion attempt to be killed. It is very disturbing to me. At the same time, I have been thinking it is time for me to get some more posts up, so this is no longer the highlight of my "Daily Jesus" thoughts.
